The hydraulic power center is the unit that supplies the hydraulic energy that the system.The suction filter,return,filter,distribution blocks ,safety,valve,hydraulic, oil cooler and other equipments used on the hydraulic power Unit, working conditions of the unit, power of hydraulic pump,size of hydraulic oil tank and operating speed of hydraulic system are designed and manufactured.

HYDRAULİC CİRCUİT ELEMENTS 

Oil tank: The oil tank is the part that stores the fluid used in the system. Hydraulic fluid is delivered to the system by the pump over the tank and is used by the circuit elements.
Tank Occupancy: 5-10-20-40-60-80-100-120-150-200-250-300 .... 1,000 liters
Motor: Hydraulic pump is a unit that gives motion. In industrial hydraulic systems mostly electric motor is used whereas in mobile systems internal combustion motor is used.
Electric Motor Power: Nmax. = 0.25 Kw-110 Kw-1500 RPM (monophase and triple 12 V DC, 24 V DC.motor)
Hydraulic Pump: It is the unit which sends the fluid in the tank to the system and there are many kinds.
Gear Pump Working Pressure                   : Pn = 160-250 Bar
Pallet Pump Operating Pressure               : Pn = 150-200 Bar
Axial Piston Pump Working Pressure         : Pn = 350 Bar
Radial Piston pump working pressures      : Pn = 700 Bar
Valves: Hydraulic valves are circuit elements that control the fluid, that is, the speed of the fluid,the pressure, the direction of flow, the flow.
Control Valve Operating Voltages: 12V DC (For appliances) 24 V DC or AC (24V DC for work safety and workers' right) 110V. 220V AC and proportional valves are used.
Hydraulic Block: It is an element in which various valves are located. It is specially designed for every system that has transition ports for fluid passage. It works on the tank. It is located on the tank. It is mounted on the machine according to the size of the hydraulic system.
Filters: It is used for suction, return and pressure purposes.Edish filtration is the unit and hydraulic system element used in the sensitive system (proportional servo), cleaning the hydraulic fluid sent from the tank to the system, return filter, cleaning the oil returning from the system to the tank, pressure filtration. it is the most important element to remain clean.
Cylinders, Hydromotors:
Cylinders are the elements that make pushing and pulling movements by producing linear motion.They make pressure or pull at specific pressure with the power
coming from the hydraulic unit. Hydromotors provide power transfer by making rotational movement with hydraulic power.
Heaters and Coolers:
Under normal conditions, hydraulic oil should be operated at 35²C-50² C. Depending on the hydraulic system, it may be necessary to use a heater or a cooler.To cool the hydraulic fluid in an extremely hot environment, a cooler will be installed in the power unit.

Fluid Level Indicator, Level switches:
An element that indicates the amount of liquid in the tank.

Tank lid, air and oil filling lid:
Used to fill the hydraulic oil and to provide air circulation while the system is running.
